Where else can you Show Off your product
or service to 250,000 visitors?
Please complete and return the appropriate
application form along with the required deposit, to
apply for space. Should space become available, you
will be contacted. Space allocation is based on a first-come-first-served
basis and is subject to the discretion of Show Management.
You are required to provide an insurance
certificate noting $2,000,000 in liability and adding
the Western Fair Association and the Corporation of
the City of London as additional insured. For those
who do not have sufficient coverage, Western Fair will
be providing an insurance information package for your
assistance at the time of contracting.
Exhibitors and Vendors (cash n’
carry) must erect professional signage stipulating the
company name. Vendors must erect professional signage
stipulating any and all warranty, exchange and refund
policies.
Each exhibitor/vendor will receive a
complement of no charge passes, good for the 10 days
of the Fair. Those wishing to purchase additional passes
can do so at a cost of $80.00 (taxes included). Parking
passes are $70.00 (taxes included).
The Progress building will be open to
the public as follows:
Fri, Sat, Sun September 5, 6 & 7
- 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
Mon, Tues, Wed September 8, 9 & 10 - 3:00 pm - 10:00
pm
Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun September 11, 12, 13 & 14 -11:00
am - 10:00 pm
Outside and West Annex exhibits will
follow the same schedule for opening, only close at
11 pm daily. (Except for West Annex on final Sunday, where they close at 10 pm)
Tues, Wed & Thursday September 2,
3 & 4 8:00 am – 10:00 pm daily
(NO vehicles in the building after 7 pm, Thursday)
Sunday, September 14th vehicles will
not be permitted on the
grounds until the London Police deem it safe.
ALL materials must be removed from the buildings by
8:00 pm on
Monday, September 15th.
