It is important that you inform and make the necessary arrangements with your staff and maintenance people.
Move-out will commence at the close of the Fair, approximately
Midnight on Sunday, Sept. 15th.
And include Monday, September 16th from 8:00 a.m.
until 8:00 p.m. only.

To ensure fairness and proper reporting of sales,
spot auditing of food operations will be carried out
with cash register tapes being requested. All sales
are to be recorded and proper procedures followed.
Your full cooperation with our auditors is expected.

Security will be monitoring the Patio Cafe access

All employees should be clean, shaven and well groomed.
If possible, operators should provide uniforms. Outside
food concessionaires may purchase t-shirts at the
Midway Office.
Employee appearance will be closely
monitored and you will be informed if improvement
is needed during the fair.
All local and provincial health and safety regulations must be strictly adhered to. You will be notified of any mandatory health and safety meetings.
For those bringing in trailers or
RV's, the tentative charges are as follows and are
subject to change:
Bunk or house trailers 0-35' ($25.00/day)
Bunk or house trailers over 35' ($35.00/day)
$70.00 per car or rig, for Fair
Stock trailers, any size ($15.00/day)
House trailers ($15.00/day)
Stock trailers $8.00/day (limited space)
$5.00/day per car or rig, for Fair
The operator of the vehicle(s), including your employees,
must submit to the Midway Office by the first Sunday
of the Fair the following information: type of vehicle
(trailer-house or stock, rig or car), length of vehicle,
license number and the date of arrival on the grounds.
Any vehicle not reported will either be removed or
charged double the rate.
