Western Fair’s new Facility is located on the south side of Florence Street, between the Sport’s Centre and Western Fair Administration Office. The Agriplex provides facilities for the agriculture industry for education, exhibition and distribution. It also showcases events from international livestock shows and sales to local and regional 4-H activities.

The primary goal of the new Agriplex is to improve the Fair’s ability to accommodate agriculture events and shows on a year round basis. The complex provides improved facilities for livestock shows and sales, professional rodeos, agri-trade shows and many other events – not to mention new facilities for Western Fair’s youth programs, including “Agriculturally Yours” and School Tours the ever popular “Rural Route Discovery” that is showcased annually at the fall fair.

Non-agricultural events are accommodated in the Agriplex. Such possible events include 4-H shows and clinics, indoor sporting events, jousting, dog shows and more.

Agriplex Site Specifics

• Livestock pavilion can accommodate up to 400 stalls.
• 320 seat Educational Auditorium for lectures, educational clinics and can   be utilized as a sales arena for livestock or merchandise.
• Show Arena, 30.5 x 61.0 metres (100' x 200') with a dirt floor and stadium seating for 1500.
• The show arena can be converted to a field for indoor sports.
• 1468 m2 (16,000 sq. ft.) outdoor exercise facility which has easy access to the show arena, can become a second show area.
• Agriplex includes wash bays for livestock, change rooms and built in concession area.
• Accessible FREE parking.

Why a New Agriplex

• Western Fair is committed to continually upgrading and improving its facilities and amenities offered to its customers, the citizens of London and area.
• The Agriplex provides the opportunity for Western Fair to host many new events that will create jobs, attract more tourists and visitors to Western Fair and London, which will in turn generate incremental revenues for the City and Western Fair.
• Not only is London is in the centre of Horse Country, it is also in the centre of the richest agriculture land in Canada. Middlesex County produces more agricultural products than some entire provinces of Canada! Therefore Western Fair is committed to educating people about agriculture and showcasing the proud and historic farming community which surrounds it.
• The London International Airport can serve shows which draw international participants as exhibitors and/or buyers. Western Fair's proximity to major highways and full-service hotels make the Agriplex most convenient for business.
