The second London Wine and Food Show
hits the city of London in 2-days and the excitement is
building! Here is just a taste of some of the scrumptious
excitement that awaits the savvy wine and food connoisseur
or those that wish to be one.
Smoked pork belly with apple
celery root puree, porcini mushroom risotto,
pork loin sandwiches, smoked
salmon on potato rosti,
garlic & shallot
preserves, hickory smoked meats,
truffle
honey glazed salmon, shrimp cayets, samosa, onion bhaji,
coriander
chutney, lamb vindaloo, mango lassi, pineapple vegetable
curry, patés,
jams, wine jellies, pepper jellies and sugarless spreads,
oils, hot sauces, horse radish

potato and saffron soup,

toast with smoked salmon, spanikopita, gourmet meatballs,

Customers will have the chance to indulge
themselves in a whole host of fine wines and beverages,
and observe a number of delicious creations in the making
by top chefs from the area, as well as Food Network’s, Michael Smith. Jeff
Suddaby also joins us from the hit television show - Who’s
Coming for Dinner. A few of the area's most desirable
dining destinations will be featured, as well as numerous
local, provincial and imported brands of wines, beers and
spirits will be represented. A number of specialty
and gourmet booths will be on site as well. Guests
will be entertained and educated by live stage demonstrations
showcased in a designer kitchen area, and can take in tasting
sessions and seminars in our meetings rooms.

The London Wine and Food Show will take
place in the PROGRESS BUILDING at the Western Fairgrounds
from January 19 - 21, 2007.
Daily show hours are:
Friday, January 19 4:00
p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 20 12:00
noon - 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, January 21 12:00
noon - 5:00 p.m.
Admission: $10.00 (Must
be 19 years of age or older.)
