This newly renovated room overlooking the racetrack welcomes up to 500 guests and offers your choice of formal table service, buffets, light luncheons, late snack menus, and more.

Catering Services

Choose from our excellent selection of menu services at competitive prices.
All food and beverage services are exclusive to the Western Fair Event Centre with the exception of Wedding Cakes. Our Executive Chef and the Catering Department are pleased to discuss alternative menu recommendations to suit your special event.

Room Rental

$1,000 for a full day/evening event. Alternatively, 20% of the food order will be credited towards the rental charge with the possibility of negating the rental fee altogether.

Bar and Wine Services

Beverage Services are exclusive to the Western Fair Entertainment Centre.

Our Service Includes:

• Choice of round or linear tables & upholstered chairs
• Linen tablecloths, napkins, china dishes and glasses
• A raised head table with skirting
• Dance floor and balcony in the Carousel Room
• P/A System with microphone and Podium
• Audio Visual, Sound & Lighting are available at an extra cost

Customers are welcome to decorate the hall and provide any music or audio-visual equipment. Please note that an additional charge may apply for removal or repairs.
