"All you need is Cheese" - Andre Piche with Dairy Farmers of Canada will be in the Dairy Farmers of Canada Seminar Room all weekend speaking on “Cheeses of Every Vantage”.
Saturday at 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm & 8:30pm
There will be a seminar given to the audience on how to organize a Wine & Cheese evening given by a cheese expert. They will teach you how to prepare and preserve cheeses, the differences between the crusts and textures of cheeses as well as the marriage of cheese and wine.
Average seminar will be 30 minutes to 40 minutes in duration. They will also distribute Wine & Cheese brochures, pamphlets, sponsors and corporate material.
Chef Jeff Snyder with One Restaurant and Lounge will be on our London Wine & Food Stage at 1:00pm – 1:45pm to prepare some tasty eats.
Christopher Waters, Editor and co-founder of Vines Magazine will be in our Tasting Seminar Room at 1:30pm - 2:15pm to talk about Wine Basics: Red, White, Good, Bad
Christopher Waters, founding editor of VINES Magazine, presents an engaging session with no-nonsense tips for getting more pleasure out of every sip of wine. Taste and discuss four popular varieties to learn which styles of wine you most enjoy.
Chef Les Kozachuk will be on our Food Network Stage from 1:00pm - 1:45pm preparing "Chicken and Wild Mushroom Crepes". "Handmade crepes stuffed with savoury bites of chicken, mixed wild mushrooms, and peas, baked in a rich chicken veloute."
Chef Les graduated from the Stratford Chefs School in 1990, and has worked in several fine restaurants throughout his career. In 2006, he started his own catering company, "Chef Les Cooks!". His business is located in Sullivan's Old North Market at 462 Cheapside Street in London, where he offers meals prepared daily on site using only the finest ingredients and freshest produce available. He also prepares homemade baked goods, preserves, and a fine selection of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. he is available to cater intimate dinner parties, cocktail parties, weddings, corporate events, backyard barbeques, and business luncheons and dinners.

The Stu Harrison Trio has been a regular fixture within the commercial live music industry for many years, playing for some of North America's largest companies, as well as within artistic circles. The group is of the highest polish, and clients consistently have nothing but positive things to say about them. The group consists of Stu Harrison on piano, Ross MacIntyre on double bass, and Max Roach on drums.
