Your space on our show floor is illustrated in the Show Layout. Numbers have been assigned to exhibitors to designate booth space. Booth numbers can be found in the contract attached to the confirmation email.

Move-In for the show begins on Friday, February 6th, 2009 at 9:00 am.  Other important move-in instructions including dates and times are located in the Move-In Instructions document.

In an effort to increase attendance and improve our customers overall show experience, please be advised that all exhibitors must park in the designated Exhibitor Lot. This lot is located on the North side of the facilities in the Infield Lot off of Dundas.  You will require a Parking Pass for each vehicle.   Passes can be picked up from the Infield Lot Ticket Booth or from the Show Office.  For your convenience, the North entrance of the Progress Building will be open for the duration of the show.

Exhibitors will receive an allotment of badges based on your booth size, please refer to the chart below.

Badges are good for both days and can be picked up at the show office during setup or during show hours.

Those that wish to purchase additional badges can do so at a cost of $5.00 (taxes included). A form will be included in the exhibitor package. Payment must be paid in full when ordering. No badges will be released unless the exhibit space is paid in full.

Your booth includes the following complimentary items: curtain backdrop & side booth dividers. If you require any additional items. Décor Experts Expo is pleased to have been appointed "Official Decorator" for the London Golf & Travel Show. They offer a complete range of services to assist you in exhibiting at the show.

The Rules & Regulations form part of the signed contract, therefore, exhibitors are requested to read this document carefully and familiarize themselves with the regulations of the show. A few moments now may save a lot of time and confusion in the future!

The Ontario Electrical Safety Code Requirements are applied to all shows at the Western Fair Entertainment Centre.  Please review this document prior to move-in to ensure a smooth set up.

The Western Fair Entertainment Centre is a big place!  Here is a map of the fairgrounds including a legend marking the loacations of the ATMs, Parking, Security, and Bus Stops.  The London Golf & Travel Show is being held in the Progress Building, which is marked in a dark purple colour.
