Map of Fairgrounds:

The Western Fair Entertainment Centre is a big place!  Here is a clearly labelled map of the fairgrounds including a legend marking ATMs, Parking, Security, and Bus Stops.  The London Auto Expo is being held in the Progress, Canada, and West Annex Buildings.

Move-In Instructions:

Move-In for the show begins on Thursday, March 27th, 2008 at 9:00 am.  Other important move-in instructions including dates and times are located in the Move-In Instructions document.

Rules & Regulations:

The Rules & Regulations form part of the signed contract, therefore, exhibitors are requested to read this document carefully and familiarize themselves with the regulations of the show. A few moments now may save a lot of time and confusion in the future!

Electrical Safety Code Requirements:

The Ontario Electrical Safety Code Requirements are applied to all shows at the Western Fair Entertainment Centre.  Please review this document prior to move-in to ensure a smooth set up.

Exhibitor Badges:

Four (4) exhibitor badges will be allotted per 10 x 10 booth rental.  The badges will allow exhibitors in and out privileges for the entire weekend of the show.  You may pick up your badges in the Progress Building Show Office beginning the first day of move-in:
Thursday, March 27th, 2008 at 9:00 am.

Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased in advance from Kelly McCabe at 519.438.7203  Ext.315 or at the show in the Progress Show Office.

Booth Décor:

Your booth includes the following complimentary items: 1 bare table & 2 chairs, an electrical unit, and a curtain backdrop & side booth dividers.

If you require any additional items beyond what is provided at no-charge, Décor Experts Expo is pleased to have been appointed "Official Decorator" for the London Auto Expo. They offer a complete range of services to assist you in exhibiting at the show.
