Your space on our show floor is illustrated in the Show Layout. Numbers have been assigned to exhibitors to designate booth space. Booth numbers can be found in the contract.

Move-In for the show begins on Monday, April 12th, 2009 at 9:00 am.  As there are specific move-in details for each building, please review the move-in instructions document.

Exhibitors will receive an allotment of day passes based on your booth size. Six(6) exhibitor badges are allotted per 10x10 standard booth plus two(2) per each additional 10x10 booth to a maximum of 20.

Those that wish to purchase additional passes can do so at a cost of $10.00 (taxes included). A form will be included in the exhibitor package. Payment must be paid in full when ordering. No passes will be released unless the exhibit space is paid in full.

Your booth includes the following complimentary items: an allotment of basic hydro curtain backdrop & side booth dividers. If you require any additional items. Décor Experts Expo is pleased to have been appointed "Official Decorator" for the Poultry Industry Conference & Exhibition. They offer a complete range of services to assist you in exhibiting at the show.

Exhibitors that require a customs broker to assist with getting product across the border may wish to contact:

The Rules & Regulations form part of the signed contract, therefore, exhibitors are requested to read this document carefully and familiarize themselves with the regulations of the show. A few moments now may save a lot of time and confusion in the future!
