Your space on our show floor is illustrated in the Show Layout. Numbers have been assigned to exhibitors to designate booth space. Booth numbers can be found in the contract attached to the confirmation email.

Move-In for the show begins on Thursday, January 14th, 2010 at 10:00 am.  Other important move-in instructions including dates and times are located in the Move-In Instructions document.

Exhibitors will receive an allotment of badges based on your booth size calculated as follows 4/10' x 10' booth

Badges are good for all show days and can be picked up at the show office during setup or during show hours.

Those that wish to purchase additional badges can do so at a cost of $6.00 (taxes included). A form will be included in the exhibitor package. Payment must be paid in full when ordering. No badges will be released unless the exhibit space is paid in full.

Your booth includes the following complimentary items: hydro, curtain backdrop & side booth dividers. If you require any additional items. Décor Experts Expo is pleased to have been appointed "Official Decorator" for the Wine & Food Show. They offer a complete range of services to assist you in exhibiting at the show.

The Rules & Regulations form part of the signed contract, therefore, exhibitors are requested to read this document carefully and familiarize themselves with the regulations of the show. A few moments now may save a lot of time and confusion in the future!

The Ontario Electrical Safety Code Requirements are applied to all shows at the Western Fair Entertainment Centre.  Please review this document prior to move-in to ensure a smooth set up.

The Western Fair Entertainment Centre is a large venue!  Here is a map of the grounds including a legend marking the locations of the ATMs, Parking, Security, and Bus Stops.  The London Wine & Food Show is being held in the Progress Building, which is marked in a dark purple colour.
